Administration Rate

$58.00/hr

This includes all extensive data input. This fee is usually reserved for excessive inventories OR when an inventory has to be entered on-site by an inventory supervisor.

Appraiser & Field Inspector

$110.00/hr

This includes the appraiser's time and travel both out of and in the office. Most South Florida claims (average claims, average distance) run between 2.5 and 5 hours (or between $200-400). If you require traveling beyond 50 miles from our headquarters (west coast, panhandle, upper east coast) - a mileage charge will be added at .69 a mile.

Art Restoration

$125.00/hr

All art that is cleaned, restored and repaired in house to return to pre-loss value will be charged at this rate. This includes paintings, sculptures, collections, weaponry, lithographs, water-colors, glass and porcelain.

Digital Photography

$1.20 per photo

If photos are downloaded onto a disk or CD-ROM, cost of disk is included.

Expert Opinion – Mediation - Depositions

$125.00/hr

This is an option frequently needed by insurance companies and/or their representatives when a public adjuster is involved in the file or the file has to go to mediation.

Salvage

Prices vary.

Salvage is determined on a case by case basis and only hi-end items will be eligible for the salvage program, this includes all contents: furniture, artwork, sculptures and antiques.

Internet Research Rate

$69.00/hr

Includes in-depth research on hard to identify-qualify-quantify-value items, from collectibles to furniture and everything in between. Seldom have we come across an item that cannot be identified and valued, the more rare pieces might take a little longer, but out of more than 300,000 pieces evaluated, all but five were identified and evaluated.

Contents Valuation Umpire

$225.00/hr

The owner of the company, Clemens Peschl, is a certified and registered umpire with the state of Florida. His extensive background and experience with contents makes him an outstanding umpire on claims dealing with contents valuations.

Mileage

$0.69/mile

All claims outside the tri-county area (Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties) will be assessed a mileage charge at a rate of $0.69 per mile.

This is for all personnel involved in inventory services on-site; counting, sorting, packing and/or unpacking.
